T.O. High School volleyball setter ready for an encore

      For the last eight months, Thousand Oaks High School senior volleyball player Hannah Clancy has been reflecting on her junior year. Clancy was the Ventura County and Marmonte League's Player of the Year in 2007, but the 17-year-old setter doesn't think about her personal accolades.

Little Leaguers earn Sportsmanship Award
     GOOD GUYS—The Thousand Oaks Little League 8-year-old All-Star team was awarded the Sportsmanship Trophy at the 12th annual VCAA Champions of Summer Tournament. They were one of 12 teams participating in the event. Team members include Braden Ashmore, Conrad Bluth, Matt Chopp, Troy Helo, Brett Kallman, Carson Lambert, Ben Lech, Christian Lymberopolous, George Neeson, Bobby Tatum, Timmy Valentine and Camren Weitz. The manager is Nick Lymberopolous. Joe Valentine and Jeff Lambert are the coaches.
