      A female, 52, drove her vehicle into a fence and was cited on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol around 6 p.m. July 31 at Via Rio and Via Juanita. The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances: A male, 27 and a female, 18, at 1 p.m.

      A male, 25, allegedly was driving his vehicle over 90 mph southbound on the 101 Freeway at Moorpark Road around midnight Aug. 1 and registered two blood alcohol content (BAC) readings of 0.14 percent and 0.13 percent. He was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and for not possessing a valid driver's license.
