Democratic group hosts brunch

The Democratic Women's Council of Conejo Valley will meet for brunch from 10 a.m. to noon Sat., Aug. 16 at Mandevilla Restaurant, 951 S. Westlake Blvd., Westlake Village.

Sandy Emberland, Obama delegate to the national Democratic convention, will speak and take questions.
