The Thousand Oaks-Westlake Village Regional Chamber of Commerce seeks a limited number of nominations for candidates representing businesses in Thousand Oaks and Westlake Village for next year's board of directors.

Interested members who'd like to donate time and provide leadership for this award-winning organization should contact the Chamber at (805) 370-0035.

Selected candidates will serve a three-year term. Only members with a history of good standing in the Chamber and who have been members for more than 90 days before the election are eligible.

The nominating committee is in the process of developing a slate of candidates to run for the 2009 board of directors.

Applications must be picked up at the Chamber office by tomorrow, Fri., Aug. 15.

The Chamber is at 600 Hampshire Road at the intersection of Townsgate Road.
