MATTHEW WHEALEN/Special to the Acorn HE HAS HOPS—Myles Lazarou of Westlake Village, an 11year-old who attends Colina Middle School, won gold medals in both the high jump and long jump events at the AAU West Coast Junior Olympics in Reno, Nev. Lazarou, who competes for the Westlake Track Club and is coached by former Italian Olympian Antonio Colella, posted personal-best marks of 16 feet in the long jump and 4 feet, 11 inches in the high jump, ranking him among the top 50 jumpers in the nation.
