Health seminars coming to mall

Free Health Chat seminars will be held from 9 to 10 p.m. at The Oaks mall near Macy's Women's store on the lower level.

•On Thurs., Aug. 21, Margaret Cheadle, family practice physician on staff at Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center, will discuss health issues affecting teens, risky behaviors and tips to help teens grow up in good health.

•On Thurs., Aug. 28, Dr. Sarfraz J. Zaidi, endocrinologist on staff at Los Robles Hospital, will discuss the link between heart disease and diabetes, and how to reduce the risks.
