Retirement village officially opens

WENDY PIERRO/Acorn Newspapers THIRD PHASE COMPLETE- The ribbon is cut at the grand opening of the Oak View at University Village Health Center. The new center marks the third phase for the University Village Thousand Oaks Continuing Life Retirement Community. The health facility has 48 beds and includes two levels of care, assisted living and skilled nursing. It's expected to accept new residents in the near future.
