Conejo Players presents 'Annie Get Your Gun'

Conejo Players Theatre presents the musical comedy, "Annie Get Your Gun," opening 8 p.m. Fri., Aug. 22 at the theater, 351 S. Moorpark Road, Thousand Oaks. The play runs through Sept. 20.

Showtimes are 8 p.m. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and 2 p.m. Sundays.

Music and lyrics are by Irving Berlin, with original book by Herbert and Dorothy Fields as revised by Peter Stone. Devery Holmes is the director.

Songs in the show include "Doin' What Comes Natur'lly," "I Got the Sun in the Morning," "Anything You Can Do" and "There's No Business Like Show Business."

The story follows sharpshooter Annie Oakley (Alison Friedman) as she performs in Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show and falls in love with Frank Butler (John Gaston).
