Takes aim at the city of T.O. constant complainer I was happy to read the letters in today's July 31 edition. I wouldn't want to have missed Ed Norfleet's comments regarding Marilee Ullmann's letter denigrating the city of Thousand Oaks. If Ms. Ullmann didn't complain about something each month - she's only allowed one letter per month in the Acorn- she wouldn't have anything to do. I first noticed her trash two years ago when she complained about the dog park, and in doing so, exposed herself. She claimed to have performed an "unofficial study" of public records indicating multiple complaints about the dog park, and only one "grossly fabricated" (her words) complaint outside the park. Hmm . . . I still wonder whom this grossly fabricated complaint was made against—probably some scofflaw with an unleashed dog. I'd be glad to promise never to waste the Acorn's valuable space with my letters, if Ullmann would do the same. Frank Clark Thousand Oaks |
