City of T.O. critic deserves to hear from the other side
      Here's my response to the letter written by Ed Norfleet of Westlake Village ("Suggested motto for Thousand Oaks: 'Love it or leave it.'") Though I don't know him, I feel that we are kindred spirits. He wrote such a great letter echoing my sentiments exactly.

      Conejo Valley Unified School District (CVUSD) is wasting our time and your money. The well-chronicled debacle called school closure took one more decidedly painful twist last week when the Board of Education voted to deny the Meadows Arts and Technology Elementary School (MATES) charter petition.
