Softball players, teams sought

The Conejo Recreation and Park District Sports Office is accepting registration for the 2008 Adult Fall Softball League.

Games are played Sunday through Friday evenings, Sept., 5 through Dec. 14.

The league is open to players age 16 and over, and offers Coed, Men's, Men's Masters, Church and Women's Open divisions.

Games are played at Thousand Oaks Community Park, Pepper Tree Playfield and Borchard Community Park. Teams are scheduled for 10 league games.

Entry fees are $374 for indistrict teams and $448 for outofdistrict teams.

Teams can register at the Sports Office, Hillcrest Center, 403 W. Hillcrest Drive in Thousand Oaks. The office is open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
