A male, 46, allegedly possessed several grams of cocaine and concentrated cannabis for sale during a traffic stop around 3:15 p.m. July 15 on the northbound 101 Freeway at Wendy Drive. The subject also allegedly possessed paraphernalia for processing cocaine and rock cocaine and other devices for selling drugs.

On suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the following subjects were arrested at the times, dates and places indicated: A male, 31, at 4:15 a.m. July 19 at Borchard Road, east of Via Ricardo (subject was involved in a single-vehicle rollover); a female, 18, at 4:40 p.m. July 19 on Borchard Road, east of Via Ricardo; and a male, 22, at 6 p.m. July 20 at Avenida de La Plata and Calle Zafiro (subject was possibly involved in a traffic collision).

A female, 42 was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance at 6 p.m. July 15 in the 100 block of Shamrock Court.

For allegedly punching someone in the face, a male, 46, was arrested at 12:06 a.m. July 18 in the 600 block of Camino de La Luna.

A male, 22, allegedly assaulted someone with a deadly weapon and was arrested at 3:15 a.m. July 24 in the 1800 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A male, 20, was arrested on a charge of attempted arson at 2:55 p.m. July 24 in the 1800 block of W. Hillcrest Drive. The subject also allegedly possessed a stolen ATM/debit card.

On a charge of battery, a male, 18, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. July 21 in the 1600 block of Calle Turquesa.

A male, 25, allegedly hit someone with a skateboard, causing injury, around 2 a.m. July 24 in the 1800 block of W. Hillcrest Drive. Two females, ages 26 and 20, and a male, 23, at the scene were also charged with assault with a deadly weapon. The 23year-old male was also charged with burglary.

A male, 37, allegedly had concealed U.S. Postal Service keys and locks in his vehicle, and a lock-picking set with postal box skeleton keys at 10:45 p.m. July 18 at Ventu Park and Lynn roads. The subject had a felony warrant issued for forgery out of Los Angeles County.

A male, 44, was cited and fined for a loud noise violation after hosting a party at his home with a disc jockey at 10:04 p.m. July 19 in the 3100 block of Gerald Drive.

Vandals destroyed garden irrigation equipment by removing electrical plates and pulling electrical wires, and they also moved picnic tables around at Sycamore Canyon School between June 1 and July 23.

More than $400 in property was stolen on July 22 in the 300 block of S. Rancho Road.

A shoplifter stole two cartons of cigarettes between 7:11 and 7:14 p.m. July 22 in the 600 block of Rancho Conejo Boulevard.

Vehicle break-ins occurred on the following dates and places: Between July 20 and 24 in the 400 block of Danville Avenue (unlocked); and on July 20 in the 1800 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (unlocked, car stereo and CD player stolen).

Four wheels and tires were stolen at a business in the 1300 block of Newbury Road on July 19 or 20.

A vandal keyed a car, causing about $1,000 in damage on the late night of July 16 in the 1500 block of Newbury Road.

Police officers contacted a male, 55, standing on the corner of Borchard Road and Wendy Drive around 8 p.m. July 24. Officers reported the subject was unsteady on his feet and couldn't remove a wallet from his back pocket. Officers said they smelled alcohol on the subject's breath, his speech was slurred, his eyes were watery and red, and his pants were wet and smelled of urine. He was arrested and charged with being drunk and urinating in public.

Thousand Oaks

A male, 25, was arrested at Olsen Road and the 23 Freeway and charged with possession of large amounts of methamphetamine, cocaine, Vicodin and Xanax with the intention of selling them at 7:30 a.m. July 17. The subject also reportedly possessed hashish, a .45 caliber handgun, .45 caliber ammunition and a counterfeit $100 bill. He also allegedly possessed syringes and was believed to be under the influence of a controlled substance.

On suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the following subjects were arrested at the times, dates and places indicated: A male, 34, at 12:55 a.m. July 19 in the 4100 block of Beachmeadow Lane (reportedly driving on the wrong side of a divided highway); a female, 21, at 2:20 a.m. July 19 on N. Lynn Road and Avenida de Los Arboles (subject was involved in a noninjury accident); a male, 41, at 5:33 a.m. July 20 at Avenida de Los Arboles and Moorpark Road; a male, 20, at 6:55 a.m. July 21 at Kanan Road and Westlake Boulevard (involved in a singlevehicle accident); a male, 49, at 10:45 a.m. July 18 at Olsen Road andMountclef Boulevard; and a male, 43, at 3:55 p.m. July 16 in the 1300 block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances: A male, 27, at 1:40 p.m. July 16 in the 300 block of Bethany Street; a female, 35, at 7:10 p.m. July 17 at Avenida de Las Flores and Avenida de Las Plantas (subject allegedly possessed methamphetamine and prescription medication that didn't belong to her); and a male, 56, at 8:40 a.m. July 16 in the 1200 block of Newbury Road (subject also reportedly possessed prescription pills).

For possessing medication without a prescription, a male, 18, was cited in the first block of Baxter Way at 11 p.m. July 19.

A thief removed car keys from a gym bag in an unsecured locker at a fitness facility in the 2500 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard and stole a vehicle between 9 and 9:35 p.m. July 19.

Charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, a male, 23, was arrested at 4:20 a.m. July 18 in the 1700 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A male, 50, ordered two alcoholic beverages and food in The Oaks mall, and left without paying around 4:35 p.m. July 23. The subject also allegedly stole clothing from Macy's.

For allegedly battering someone, causing lacerations to the victim's head, a male, 21, was arrested in the Janss Marketplace parking lot at 3:20 a.m. July 20. Around the same time, a male, 25, was arrested on battery charges. The incidents took place around 1:20 the same morning.

On an allegation of domestic battery, a male, 50, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. July 23 in the 2500 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A male, 23, was arrested and charged with violating a domestic violence restraining order at 7:52 p.m. July 18 in the 2400 block of Avenida de Las Plantas.

On charges of battery on a spouse or cohabitant, a male, 38, was arrested at 8 p.m. July 18 in the 600 block of Encino Vista Drive.

A female, 42, was cited for domestic battery at 6:30 p.m. July 24 in the 400 block of Ramble Ridge Drive.

A female, 35, admitted to committing a petty theft around noon July 18 in the East Valley Sheriff's Station.

On suspicion of using someone else's Social Security number to obtain employment, a male, 29, was arrested at 7:55 p.m. July 20 in the 200 block of S. Moorpark Road.

Charged with stealing merchandise from a store, a female, 36, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. July 20 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A male, 41, was cited for domestic battery at 5:15 p.m. July 24 in the 200 block of W. Janss Road.

A male, 19, was arrested on suspicion of entering the U.S. illegally and violating a court order at 6:45 p.m. July 17 in the 2600 block of Avenida de Las Plantas.

For allegedly endangering the lives of her children, a female, 41, was cited at 2:50 p.m. July 19 in the 100 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

Copper pipes valued at $1,750 were stolen between June 15 and July 16 in the 300 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A catalytic converter was stolen in the 1400 block of Janss Road on July 22. Two days later, auto parts were stolen in the same area.

A shoplifter stole several items from a Vons supermarket at 2048 E. Avenida de Los Arboles on July 22 and fled the scene in a white SUV.

Property was stolen on the following dates and places: Between July 11 and 16 in the 3500 block of Whitman Court; between July 1 and 18 in the 200 block of N. Westlake Boulevard; between June 27 and July 8 in the 2500 block of Townsgate Road; between July 2 and 23 in the 500 block of W. Gainsborough Road; on July 21 or 22 in the 400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive; between 1:30 and 3 a.m. July 18 in the 1300 block of Calle Bouganvilla; on July 17 or 18 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive; between Jan. 1 and June 30 in the 300 block of Rolling Oaks Drive; and on July 18 or 19 in the 200 block of Erbes Road.

In a gang-related offense, vandals spray painted graffiti at Estella Park, causing more than $400 in damage on July 15 or 16.

Vehicle break-ins occurred on the following dates and places: Between 1:30 and 1:50 p.m. July 23 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (burglar broke into truck and stole plastic bags containing money and vending machine keys); on July 16 at Waverly Park (burglar stole purse); on July 20 or 21 in the 200 block of Erbes Road; on July 17 in the 300 block of W. Hillcrest Drive; on July 17 or 18 in the 200 block of Erbes Road; between 1:30 and 3 p.m. July 18 in the 1300 block of E. Janss Road (window smashed and purse stolen); on July 18 or 19 in the first block of Olsen Road (vehicle vandalized and property stolen); between 10:45 and 11 a.m. July 21 in the 3300 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard; and on July 15 or 16 in the 300 block of Hunterspoint Drive (unlocked).

A vehicle registration sticker from a rear license plate was stolen between Jan. 1 and July 12 in the 1400 block of Morrow Circle.

A vandal damaged a vehicle on July 17 in the 2700 block of Agoura Road.

A vandal threw a beer bottle at a vehicle, causing about $350 in damage to the front windshield, at 10:53 p.m. July 19 in the 1300 block of Avenida de Los Arboles.

On a charge of being drunk in public, a male, 19, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. July 19 in the 2300 block of Pleasant Way.

With a pellet gun, a vandal shot out three windows at Westlake Elementary School between July 18 and 21.
