A male, 43, was loitering inside a women's public restroom in the 2300 block of Borchard Drive around 5:30 p.m. July 8. The subject allegedly sexually battered one person and physically battered another. The subject resisted arrest and punched a police officer several times before he was finally subdued.

A male, 22, was arrested on charges of driving a vehicle reported as stolen and displaying symptoms of being under the influence of a controlled substance at 11:55 a.m. July 1 in the 3300 block of Peppermint Street. During a probation search, the subject also possessed a syringe, spoon and paraphernalia commonly used for using controlled substances.

On suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the following subjects were arrested at the times, dates and places indicated: A male, 22, at 5:35 p.m. July 5 in the 1600 block of Calle Turquesa (subject was involved in a hit-and-run collision, had never been issued a driver's license and possessed a stolen or lost debit card); a male, 29, at 12:30 a.m. July 1 at the intersection of Wendy Drive and Borchard Road; and a male, 18, at 3:20 a.m. July 6 at Lynn Road, north of La Cam Road (subject was sleeping in his vehicle on the side of the road, with the driver's side door open).

A male, 39, was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and possessing drug paraphernalia at 8:30 a.m. July 9 in the 2000 block of Calle Salto.

For allegedly inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant, a male, 40, was arrested at 5:50 p.m. July 3 in the 500 block of Paseo Esmeralda.

On charges of possessing a concealed firearm that was also loaded, a male, 18, was arrested at 8:19 p.m. July 4 at San Carlos Drive and Hillcrest Drive.

A female, 48, allegedly stole more than $400 in cash from her employer in the 2600 block of Lavery Court on July 10 and she was arrested in Moorpark.

An unknown person impersonated a police officer and displayed a false badge on July 3 in the 1200 block of Ramona Drive.

A female, 19, was involved in an argument with her friend, and also allegedly possessed a bottle of whisky and two Xanax pills. She was cited at 1 a.m. July 3 at Rancho Conejo Road and Hillcrest Drive. Her friend, a 20-year-old female, also allegedly possessed Xanax, a controlled substance.

A male, 42, was arrested on charges of grand theft at 11:25 a.m. July 10 in the 1300 block of Newbury Road.

On charges of threatening to commit a crime in the 700 block of Wendy Drive, a male, 30, was arrested in San Jose on July 8.

The following subjects were arrested for being drunk in public: A male, 25, at 10:30 p.m. July 5 in the 600 block of Paseo Esmeralda; and a male between the ages of 20 and 25 at 2:40 a.m. July 7 in the 500 block of N. Ventu Park Road.

Grand theft occurred on June 26 or 27 in the 2600 block of Lavery Court.

A burglar climbed through a roof vent and stole property between April 1 and July 2 in the 2600 block of Lavery Court.

A thief stole a wallet between 11:15 and 11:20 a.m. July 4 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

Vandals spray-painted graffiti on a sidewalk, stair and wall of a greenbelt in the 3900 block of Santa Tomas Avenue between June 30 and July 2.

Burglars attempted to break into a home with a house key and commit theft around 3 a.m. July 9 in the 4200 block of Blackwood Street.

A burglar broke into a home, causing $1,000 in damages, around 7:15 p.m. June 8 in the first block of S. Via El Toro.

A home was burglarized between 5 and 6:10 a.m. July 8 in the 1800 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

In a gang-related crime, burglars broke into a locked vehicle by cutting a padlock and stealing business-related supplies on July 1 or 2 in the 2100 block of Anchor Court.

A burglar broke into a vehicle on June 30 or July 1 in the 200 block of N. Los Vientos Drive, and dismantled the ignition in an attempt to steal the vehicle.

Vehicle break-ins occurred on the following dates and places: On July 1 or 2 in the 1200 block of Lawrence Drive; on July 1 or 2 in the 2300 block of Corporate Center Drive; on July 1 or 2 in the 2600 block of Lavery Court; between June 29 and July 2 in the 2600 block of Lavery Court (burglar used a hammer to remove the lock from the truck, rummaged through the vehicle, but didn't take anything); on July 7 in the 1800 block of Red Robin Place; on July 7 in the 1800 block of Red Robin Place (two vehicles); and on July 7 in the 400 block of Reino Road.

A vehicle was keyed, causing more than $400 in damages, on July 3 in the 2000 block of Corporate Center Drive.

Thousand Oaks

Six males, ages 18 to 25, allegedly assaulted someone with a deadly weapon and attempted to steal a wallet in the rear parking lot of the 800 block of Warwick Avenue around 3:18 a.m. July 7. A 19yearold male allegedly possessed cocaine in his front pocket and was also charged with possession.

A male, 22, had to be physically subdued after attempting to run from police. The subject was allegedly under the influence of a controlled substance and possessed 0.1 grams of a substance believed to be heroin and other related drug paraphernalia. He was arrested at 7:45 p.m. July 1 in the 3600 block of Corte Cancion Drive.

A male, 31, allegedly burned his wife's leg with a clothes iron and also threw a television remote control at her, which also caused an injury. The subject was arrested at 1 a.m. July 2 in the 3100 block of Darlington Drive. The subject's wife, 35, was also charged with domestic violence for also throwing a remote control.

On suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the following subjects were arrested at the times, dates and places indicated: A male, 21, at 2:10 a.m. June 29 in the 3400 block of Pembridge Street (subject was involved in a hit-and-run collision with a parked vehicle); a male, 22, at 2 a.m. June 30 at the intersection of Hillcrest Drive and Gazania Court; a male, 59, at 12:30 a.m. July 2 at Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Hampshire Road (subject was driving on the wrong side of the road, and was under the influence of unknown prescription medication); and a male, 52, at 1:39 a.m. July 5 at Columbia Road and Moorpark Road.

In a gang-related offense, unknown hooligans battered two people, with one of the suspects pointing a handgun at them, around 12:40 a.m. July 7 in the 100 block of S. Oak View Drive.

The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances: A female, 37, at 12:05 p.m. June 18 at the intersection of Avenida de Los Arboles and Oak Brook Drive; a male, 35, at 5:30 p.m. June 13 in the 3100 block of Saddleback Court; a female, 18, at 9 p.m. June 28 in Janss Marketplace; a male, 46, at 9:15 a.m. July 2 at Moorpark Road and Rolling Oaks Drive; a female, 36, at 6:15 p.m. July 5 at Markham Road and Prentiss Street (subject also possessed a smoking device and marijuana, and because she refused to give a blood test, was charged with obstructing justice); and a male, 20, at 12:10 p.m. July 8 in the 800 block of Camino Dos Rios; a male, 21, at 8:40 a.m. July 9 at Avenida de Los Arboles and Kensington Avenue (in the subject's wallet, a tar-like substance was wrapped in cellophane paper, and it later tested positive for heroin).

On charges of committing domestic violence in the 500 block of Sorrento Court around 11 a.m. July 6, a male, 29, was arrested in Oxnard the following morning.

For allegedly attempting to break into someone's home, a male, 22, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. July 3 in the first block of N. Madrid Street.

A female, 24, was arrested on charges of identity theft, burglary, forgery, fraudulent use of an access card and petty theft on July 7 at the East Valley Sheriff's Station for a crime committed May 15 in the 3000 block of Deer Valley Avenue.

A cat was injured from a pellet gun shot between 5 and 6 p.m. June 24 in the 2100 block of Flintridge Court. The cat had to be put to sleep because of its injuries. The crime, cruelty to an animal, is a felony.

A male, 44, allegedly battered and injured someone during a domestic argument, and was arrested at 7:30 p.m. July 7 in the 3100 block of Rollings Avenue.

A male, 56, was allegedly involved in a physical altercation with his girlfriend and was charged with domestic battery at 2 a.m. July 5 in the 1100 block of Landsburn Circle.

A male, 18, who allegedly damaged four vehicles was charged with four counts of felony vandalism and was arrested at 2:40 a.m. June 28 in the 200 block of W. Janss Road. The incident occurred in the 800 block of Cheltenham Circle.

Property valued at $15,000 was stolen from a home on July 2 in the 700 block of Calle Mandarinas.

A male, 18, was involved in a single-car traffic accident. He allegedly had smoked marijuana and was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance at 2:15 a.m. July 6 at Westlake Boulevard and Fountain Crest Lane.

A thief entered a hotel room and stole property on June 29 or 30 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

For allegedly pushing someone and causing injury to that person's back, a male, 58, was arrested at 9:50 p.m. July 9 in the 600 block of Benson Way.

A male, 46, allegedly battered his wife and caused an injury to her right foot at 1:20 a.m. July 7 in the 800 block of Erbes Road.

A thief stole money via the Internet on June 24 or 25 from a home in the 900 block of Calle Angosta.

For giving false information to a police officer, a male, 26, was cited at 3 p.m. July 9 at Hillcrest Drive and Houston Drive.

A male, 31, was arrested on battery charges at 8:09 p.m. July 2 in the 200 block of N. Moorpark Road.

For allegedly committing a burglary at Janss Marketplace, a male, 19, was arrested on July 2 at the sheriff's station in Thousand Oaks.

For possessing fireworks, a male, 20, was cited at 5:35 p.m. July 5 in the 1300 block of N. Moorpark Road.

Money was stolen from a business between June 4 and July 7 in the 3900 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A male, 18, was arrested for trespassing at 8:50 p.m. July 4 in the 3300 block of Casino Drive.

A male was charged with violating a court order by calling someone on the phone on June 27 in the 1600 block of Fremont Drive. He was subsequently cited on July 9.

A burglar entered a home with the intent to commit a theft on July 6 in the 1300 block of E. Hillcrest Drive.

Someone's home was burglarized between June 23 and July 2 in the 3000 block of Darlington Drive.

On charges of each possessing less than an ounce of marijuana, two males, 29 and 23, were cited at 4:50 p.m. July 5 at Calle Calandria and Calle Fresno.

A male, 50, was arrested for napping in a sleeping bag in public at 8:20 p.m. July 5 at the Botanical Gardens.

An unknown suspect pushed someone to the ground around 9:10 p.m. July 4 in the 1700 block of N. Moorpark Road.

About $60 worth in property was stolen from a home between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. July 4 in the 1300 block of Galsworthy Place.

Gang-related graffiti caused damage to property on July 4 or 5 in the 200 block of Erbes Road.

A burglar broke into a home and stole property between June 29 and July 6 in the 400 block of Rosario Drive.

A vandal caused less than $400 in property damage on July 9 in the 1400 block of Calle Durazno.

Vehicle-break ins occurred on the following dates and places: Between June 28 and July 1 in the 1300 block of Calle Bouganvilla; on July 2 in the 200 block of S. Moorpark Road; on July 4 or 5 in the 300 block of Fox Hills Drive (unlocked); between July 4 and 6 in the 1700 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (unsecured); on July 3 or 4 in the 1700 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (stereo stolen); and on July 8 or 9 in the 2700 block of Capella Way (two wallets from front center console of unlocked vehicle were stolen).

Someone stole property from an unlocked car and from locked structures and caused more than $400 in property damage on June 29 or 30 in the 2200 block of Townsgate Road.

Vandals poured ketchup on vehicles and threw eggs on a stucco home during the early morning of July 1 in the 3100 block of Whitecedar Place.

Vandals threw bricks through a vehicle's windows around 12:30 a.m. July 2 in the 1600 block of E. Avenida de Las Flores. The damage value was $450.

A vandal punctured tires on July 2 or 3 in the 1600 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

Vandals threw eggs on a vehicle between June 27 and 29 in the 800 block of Briarcliff Road.

Two front tires were flattened on July 8 or 9 in the 800 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

Grand theft occurred between noon and 1 p.m. July 3 in the 1100 block of Sheffield Place.

Someone entered a home without permission on July 3 in the first block of McAfee Court.

A male, 19, was cited for possessing alcohol in a vehicle as a minor at 1:30 p.m. July 8 while driving southbound on the 101 Freeway at the Rancho Conejo Road exit.

A female, 21, was cited for being drunk in public at 9 a.m. July 5 in the 1300 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles.

Oncharges of being drunk in public, a male, 38, was arrested at 2:55 a.m. July 6 in the 200 block of Fox Hills Drive.

A male, 52, well known by police as a transient and alcoholic, was sitting in a grassy area near the first block of S. Rancho Road around 10:15 a.m. July 9. The subject was drinking an unknown liquid from a Taco Bell cup. When an officer asked him what he was doing, the subject poured the liquid out. The officer thought it looked like beer, and subject soon admitted that it was indeed beer. He was charged with drinking in public.
