Art entry deadline approaching

The deadline to submit entries to the fifth annual Thousand Oaks Arts Festival is 5 p.m. July 28.

The festival will be held Sept. 20 and 21 at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza and will feature more than 70 visual arts exhibitors, live performances, art demonstrations and children's interactive exhibits.

Applications are available at www.toartsfestival.com. Application fee after July 18 is $40 and $250 for booth space.
