Locals get degrees from Boston University

Boston University awarded degrees to two local students in May.

Nanci E. Maxim of Newbury Park received a bachelor of liberal studies degree in interdisciplinary studies, summa cum laude.

Jessica F. Hines of Thousand Oaks received a bachelor of arts in archeology.

Boston University is the fourth largest independent university in the nation with 29,000 students in 17 schools and colleges.
