      Every Now and Then Theatre's 2007 Christmas radio adaptation of Charles Dickens' "Christmas Carol: A Ghost Story" has won an International OMNI Silver Award for radio entertainment. The program starred Keith Hurt from Camarillo as Scrooge.

      Valencia Vas, a crossoverclassical soprano, will present a concert at 7 p.m. tonight, Thurs., July 10 in the chapel on the campus of California Lutheran University, 60 W. Olsen Road, Thousand Oaks. The program is part of the institute's faculty concert series.
