See fireworks from church

Bethany Church on the Hill will host a Fourth of July Celebration starting at 5 p.m. Fri., July 4 at 200 W. Bethany Court, Thousand Oaks.

The event will include concerts, barbecue, giant water slide, free balloons, children's bounces, face painting, gourmet coffee cart, pony rides and petting zoo.

At approximately 9 p.m. attendees may view the city fireworks from the church grounds.

Admission is free.
