Air Force ROTC Cadet Stephen A. Snelling has received an Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps scholarship for $15,000 per year of attendance at the University of Washington at Seattle.

He is the son of Daniel and Shari Snelling of Thousand Oaks and a 2006 graduate of Oaks Christian High School.
