Sports teams getting hotter as summer draws near


GREAT SEASON- The Thousand Oaks Little League D'Backs captured the Junior Division championship, defeating the Moorpark Little League Yankees, 9-8, in eight innings last Saturday at Waverly Field in Thousand Oaks. The TOLL D'Backs completed the regular season with a 17-1 record. PURE MADNESS ON THE DIAMOND- The Madness U-10 baseball team finished in second place at a tournament in Van Nuys earlier this month.
