Two office buildings change hands in T.O.

The Ventura County office of CB Richard Ellis recently sold two commercial buildings in Thousand Oaks with a combined size of more than 184,000 square feet.

The buildings, at 1011 Rancho Conejo Road and 2300 Corporate Center Drive, were sold as part of an investment sale by the Wood Family Trust to First Industrial Acquisitions, LLC.

The Rancho Conejo building is 45 percent office space and 55 percent industrial space. The Corporate Center building is 100 percent office.

At the time of the sale, both buildings were 100 percent leased. Representing the Wood Family Trust were CBRE office/ industrial brokers Nick Gregg and Ken Ashen. First Industrial Acquisitions represented themselves.
