May sales of Conejo Valley singlefamily homes totaled 110. This compares to 113 sold in April and 134 a year ago, according to Patti Hepple, president of the Conejo Valley Association of Realtors.

Median sales price for single-family homes in May was $688,680; in May 2007, it was $828,571. The median price is the point where half of the units sold for more and half for less.

The total sales for all real estate transactions in May was $110.6 million.

ForMay a year ago, the total was $168.6 million.

New residential listings totaled 350inMay versus 429 in May 2007 and 344 in April 2008.
