Council to review 10-year improvement plan for older neighborhood

On Tues., June 24, the City Council will review a draft document summarizing the 10year need for public improvements in the neighborhood located west of Hampshire Road, north of the 101 Freeway, east of Live Oak Street and south of Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
