Daniel Preddy was called to the Torah as a bar mitzvah on May 31. His ceremony was conducted by Rabbi Gil Alchadeff. Daniel attends Colina Middle School and is the son of Michael and Michele Preddy of Westlake Village.

Kevin Zucker of Thousand Oaks was called to the Torah as a bar mitzvah of The Center for Early Jewish Education on May 31. He is finishing the seventh grade at Los Cerritos Middle School and is the grandson of Sally and Michael Mark.
