 HELPS THE 'Y'- Paul Matthew Armer, a member of Boy Scout Troop No. 754 and the son of Pauline Matthews and Lee Armer of Newbury Park, has won the Eagle Scout award. For his project, Paul, his friends and family completely refurbished a cabana that summer camp children enjoy at Conejo Valley YMCA. |
