A male, 21, was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance at 2:45 p.m. May 22 on Hillcrest Drive west of Rancho Conejo Boulevard.

A male, 21, was arrested and charged with resisting, obstructing and delaying a police officer at 9:31 p.m. May 23 in the 600 block of Avenida del Platino.

On suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription medication, a male, 25, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. May 27 in the 2400 block of Teller Road.

A male, 34, was cited for drinking in public at 10:20 a.m. May 26 in the 600 block of Paseo Esmeralda.

For disturbing the peace by playing loud music, a male, 29, was cited at 8:30 p.m. May 26 in the 3000 block of Michael Drive.

About $400 in property was recently stolen in the 400 block of N. Ventu Park Road.

A vandal shattered windows of four vehicles with an unknown object, causing $8,000 in damages on May 21 or 22 at the intersection of Calle Mazatlan and Cayo Grande Court.

Vehicle break-ins occurred on the following dates and places: On May 21 or 22 in the 3600 block of Old Conejo Road, on May 21 or 22 in the 3800 block of Old Conejo Road and on May 24 in the 900 block of Calle Tulipan.

Vandals damaged vehicles on May 21 or 22 at the following locations: In the 100 block of Silas Avenue; in the first block of N. Madrid Avenue; in the 1100 block of Camino Dos Rios; in the 600 block of Camino Manzanas; in the 3200 block of Bear Creek Drive; in the 900 block of La Grange Avenue at the corner of Via Patricia and Via Ricardo; and three vehicles in the 1000 block of Meadowcrest Street.

A vandal caused $1,500 in car damages between May 24 and 26 in the 1800 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A vandal caused $1,000 in vehicle damage on May 23 in the 400 block of Reino Road.

Two vehicles were damaged on May 22 or 23 in the 3600 block of Lesser Drive.

A car window was smashed on May 22 or 23 in the 200 block of Dickenson Avenue.

The padlock of a work trailer was cut off between May 23 and 27 in the 3400 block of Old Conejo Road.

Thousand Oaks

The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol at the times, dates and places indicated: A female, 40, at 3 p.m. May 27 at Los Robles Hospital's emergency room (according to the report, the subject was involved in a collision and had an obvious odor of an alcoholic beverage on her breath, but was only cited on suspicion of DUI; a male, 34, at 12:45 p.m. May 26 at Moorpark Road and Avenida de Las Flores; a male, 19, at 1:45 a.m. May 24 in the 1200 block of Avenida de Los Arboles; and a female bartender, 21, at 2:45 a.m. May 23 at Erbes Road near Hillcrest Drive.

On suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription medication, a female, 28, was arrested at 10:35 a.m. May 23 in the 300 block of Hampshire Road.

On suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: A male, 38, at 10:50 p.m. May 16 at Avenida de Los Arboles and Calle Tulipan (subject allegedly possessed a substance believed to be methamphetamine and a glass smoking pipe); a male, 41, at 5 p.m. May 23 in the 1400 block of Kirk Street; a female, 43, at 10 p.m. May 23 at Erbes Road and Thousand Oaks Boulevard (subject allegedly possessed a substance believed to be methamphetamine, pills without a prescription and several glass smoking pipes with burnt milky white residue).

A male, 36, possessed several thousand dollars in cash inside his vehicle, which the subject reportedly admitted to stealing from someone, at 8 p.m. May 21 at Wilbur Road and Warwick Avenue. The subject was driving a vehicle with tinted front and side windows and had emergency red lights similar to official police vehicles (and the lights had been activated on the roadway).

Using a paintball gun, a vandal broke several small windows around 9:45 p.m. May 21 at a home in the first block of Mayflower Street.

A vandal shot at a home with a paintball gun between 1 and 2 a.m. May 20 in the 1700 block of Calle Yucca.

On a charge of hitting someone with a bottle, a male, 18, was arrested at 3 a.m. May 26 in the 1200 block of Uppingham Drive.

A thief stole large amounts of water from an outside spigot over a four month period, from Jan. 2 to May 5, in the 2700 block of Calle Bienvenido. A garden hose and a hose reel were also stolen.

A female, 42, turned herself in at East Valley Sheriff's Station for her alleged involvement in an identity theft investigation at 2 p.m. May 28 for a crime committed April 14.

A female, 21, was cited for petty theft at 7:50 p.m. May 24 in the 1800 block of Los Feliz Drive for a crime committed in the 1900 block of Newbury Road in Newbury Park.

On suspicion of stealing a pair of pants, a male, 21, was arrested at 8:05 p.m. May 28 in the 2300 block of Fountain Crest Avenue. The crime occurred two hours earlier at 160 Promenade Way.

A male, 18, allegedly stole property from where he worked around 3:10 p.m. May 11 in the 300 block of N. Moorpark Road.

Property was stolen between May 16 and 23 in the 900 block of Rosario Drive.

A fence and a lock were broken between April 24 and May 27 in the 9900 block of Conejo Center Drive.

A residential burglary occurred between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. May 23 in the 200 block of Windsong Street.

Property was stolen on May 24 or 25 in the 100 block of Windsong Street.

Someone entered a home without permission around 8:45 p.m. May 25 in the 1700 block of Misty Creek Road.

Property was stolen from two locations in the 1300 block of Corte de Primavera on May 25 or 26.

Property was stolen between Dec. 1, 2007, and May 20, 2008, in the 200 block of Galsworthy Street.

A mailbox was stolen on May 23 or 24 in the 3600 block of Avenida Verano.

Vehicle break-ins occurred on the following dates and places: On May 24 in the 1400 block of Calle Violeta and on May 26 in the 200 block of N. Moorpark Road (a digital camera and GPS system were stolen).

Vandals damaged vehicles on May 21 or 22 at the following locations: Two cars in the 500 block of Calle Sequoia; in the 400 block of Calle Arroyo; two vehicles in the 1000 block of Calle Yucca; in the 100 block of Meagan Place; in the 2500 block of Rikkard Drive; two incidents in the first block of E. Gainsborough Road; in the first block of W. Thousand Oaks Boulevard; two vehicles in the 300 block of Massey Court; and in the 2700 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

Driver's side windows were smashed on a vehicle on May 23 or 24 in the 400 block of E. Gainsborough Road.

A window on a vehicle was broken on May 27 or 28 in the 900 block of Woodlawn Drive.

A car was damaged on May 26 in the 200 block of W. Janss Road.

A vehicle window was shattered in the 700 block of Calle Arroyo on May 27 or 28.

A BB or pellet gun was shot into an SUV on May 22 or 23 in the 2500 block of Rikkard Drive.

A car window was destroyed on May 22 or 23 in the 500 block of E. Gainsborough Road.

A vandal caused $170 in damages by breaking a front driver's side window on May 22 or 23 in the 900 block of E. Janss Road.

Tools were removed from a vehicle on May 20 or 21 in the 2400 block of Calle Narcisco.

A tailgate was removed from a vehicle on May 23 or 24 in the 400 block of E. Wilbur Road.

A vandal threw a rock at a sliding glass door on May 23 in the 300 block of Thorpe Circle.

Graffiti painted on school buildings between May 23 and 26 caused $3,000 in damages at 2450 White Chapel Place.

A vandal broke into a locked bus and spray painted the interior with a dry chemical from a fire extinguisher at Pinecrest Schools located at 449 E. Wilbur Road between May 23 and 27.

A window was cracked at the offices of Conejo Valley Unified School District at 1400 E. Janss Road between May 22 and 27.

Gang graffiti caused damage to property in the 2900 block of Camino Calandria between May 19 and 21.

Gang graffiti was discovered on May 26 in the 100 block of Triangle Street.

Shoplifting occurred on May 22 in the 100 block of W. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

For possessing less than one ounce of marijuana, a male, 20, was cited at 10 p.m. May 28 at Avenida de Las Plantas and Avenida de Los Arboles.

A male, 20, was cited for possessing a small amount of marijuana at 5 p.m. May 24 at Hampshire and Townsgate roads.

For leaving the scene of a traffic collision without notifying authorities, a male, 50, was cited at 12:30 a.m. May 23 in the 5700 block of Conejo Canyon Court.

A vandal caused more than $400 in property damage on May 22 or 23 in the 100 block of Madrid Avenue.

More than $400 in valuables were stolen from a piggy bank between April 1 and May 24 in the 2800 block of Limestone Drive.

About $300 in property damage was reported May 23 in the 2300 block of N. Moorpark Road.

A male, 27, was arrested and charged with battery at 12:05 p.m. May 23 in the 3200 block of Willow Canyon Street.

The following subjects were arrested and charged with being drunk in public: A male, 49, at 11:52 p.m. May 22 at Calle Tulipan and Avenida de Las Flores; a male, 46, at 9:08 p.m. May 25 at McCloud Avenue and W. Hillcrest Drive; and a male, 59, at 2:25 a.m. May 23 in the 300 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
