The Grant Brimhall/ Thousand Oaks and Newbury Park Branch libraries' summer reading programs will run from Thurs., June 19 to Sun., Aug. 3.

The Catch the Reading Bug program is for children and Metamorphosis @ Your Library is for teens. Both programs are free and designed to encourage children of all ages to enhance their reading skills during summer vacation.

To participate, children must come to either library between the given dates and sign up. Teens can sign up online or in the library. Special events for both programs will be presented.
