Thousand Oaks Girls Softball Association hosting tournament

The Thousand Oaks Girls Softball Association is hosting its 17th annual softball tournament on Memorial Day weekend.

Games are scheduled to begin Friday at Los Cerritos Middle School and the Thousand Oaks Community Center.

The semifinals and finals will take place Monday at Los Cerritos.

Eighty-eight teams from Thousand Oaks, Westlake, Agoura, Camarillo, Newbury Park, El Rio, Los Alamitos, Hart, Simi Valley, Santa Paula, Santa Monica, La Crescenta, Sylmar, Fillmore, Ventura, Torrance and Northridge will compete in four divisions ranging in age from 14andunder to 8and-under.
