Adolescents find relief from IBS symptoms with low-dose antidepressant therapy
      Researchers at Mattel Children's Hospital UCLA have found that lowdose antidepressant therapy can improve the quality of life for adolescents suffering from irritable bowel syndrome, commonly known as IBS. The syndrome affects 6 percent of middle school students and 14 percent of high school students in the United States.

Senior citizens will learn if they're more analytical or creative
      The Senior and Family Resource Group of the Conejo is hosting a "Whole Mind Success" seminar from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Goebel Senior Adult Center, 1385 E. Janss Road, Thousand Oaks. The program is free. The seminar leader is Bala Kanayson, creator of the "Whole Mind Success" program that's designed to help individuals become more creative.
