Arbors of T.O. is fully leased

CB Richard Ellis reports that with the recent signing of a 12,000squarefoot lease agreement by AGFA, a company that produces and distributes analog and digital imaging systems and IT solutions, office space in the Arbors in Thousand Oaks is now 100 percent leased.

Acquired by the SaresRegis Group in 2006, the Arbors is a 275,000-square-oot office campus comprising four Class A office buildings on 18 acres.

Of the four buildings that make up the Arbors, Skyworks Solutions Inc., a semiconductor supplier for communication electronics, occupies one entire building. Two other buildings are leased by Amgen. The remaining building is home to a variety of companies including Progressive Insurance, Level Three Communications and Aetna Life Insurance.

In the AGFA lease negotiations the landlord, the SaresRegis Group, was represented by the Ventura County CBRE office brokerage team comprised of Tom Dwyer, Michael Slater and Jennifer Rice, and AGFA was represented by Sam Hortwitz with UGL Equis.
