UNLEASH THE FURY- The Pacific Fury Black girls' basketball team won the Silver Division of the So Cal Class after going 4-0 in the tournament. The Fury beat the Eagles of San Diego, 55-30, and Cal Swish Blue, 52-41. In the semifinals, the Fury won a close game against the Orange County Elite, 40-32, and later beat Cal Swish, 50-46, for the championship. More ... DOUBLE-UP- The Newbury Park girls' U-10 All-Stars recently won a pair of championships, including first-place finishes at the Moorpark Apricot Jam and the Thousand Oaks Pot 'O Gold tournament. Mike Cammorata, a senior from Agoura High, is the 2008 lacrosse high school AllAmerican as voted by coaches from the Southern California Lacrosse Association.
