Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center will hold a "Freedom from Smoking" class at 6:30 p.m. for eight consecutive Tuesdays beginning May 6 at the east campus of the center, 150 Via Merida, Westlake Village.

Cost is $50 payable at the first session. The fee is refundable for students who attend all eight sessions. Pre-registration is required.

The program will help attendees identify the psychological effects of smoking or chewing tobacco and apply tips and techniques to quit.
