Church to present 'Narnia' play

Spotlight Art Academy, a new youth performing arts ministry of Calvary Community Church, will present the new musical "Narnia" at 2 and 7 p.m. Sat., May 17 and 2 p.m. Sun., May 18 at Bedrosian Pavilion, Oaks Christian School, 31749 La Tienda Drive, Westlake Village.

The play is based on C.S. Lewis' "The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe," the first book in the Chronicles of Narnia series of children's books.

In the play, four children make their way through an old wardrobe into a magical world of creatures, witches and a powerful lion named Aslan.
