The Book Bag, a nonprofit community bookstore, will hold its fourth annual sidewalk sale from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Fri., May 9 and Sat., May 10 at the store, 202 N. Skyline Drive, Thousand Oaks.

Hundreds of books will be on sale at prices of $1 for hardbacks, 50 cents for paperbacks and children's books. Only cash and checks will be accepted.

The Book Bag will close at 3 p.m. Thurs., May 8 to prepare for the sale.
