The Children's Bureau will hold an orientation for adults, single or married, interested in becoming adoptive parents for foster children. The orientation will take place 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tues., April 29 at the Grant Brimhall/Thousand Oaks Library, 1401 E. Janss Road.

Qualifying families receive training provided by Children's Bureau, certification, funds and 24-hour support to aid in the care of their adoptive children.

Families who can provide a home for two or more children, enabling brothers and sisters to remain together, are especially needed.
