On suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested at the times, dates and places indicated: a male, 24, at 6 p.m. March 27 in the 4000 block of Barcelona Place (subject also allegedly possessed drug paraphernalia); a female, 46, at 8:24 a.m. March 31 in the 700 block of Verna Avenue (subject was also arrested on charges of possessing marijuana for sale, evading a police officer and resisting or obstructing the work of an officer); a female, 61, at 11:16 a.m. April 1 in the Target parking lot at Broadneck Drive and Camino Dos Rios (subject was reportedly driving under the influence of prescription medication and collided with another vehicle in the 2400 block of Hillcrest Drive, leaving the scene without exchanging information).

A male, 21, was arrested and charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing less than 1 ounce of marijuana and possessing drug paraphernalia at 4:05 p.m. March 26 at Theresa Drive and Borchard Road.

A male, 18, turned himself in at the East Valley Sheriff's Station on April 2 for his alleged involvement in a vehicle theft and a residential burglary March 29 in the 200 block of S. Ventu Park Road.

A male, 39, was cited April 2 at the East Valley Sheriff's Station for being in a hit-and-run traffic collision on March 9 at Calle Zafiro and Avenida del Platino.

A male, 20, walked out of Kohl's at 1960 Newbury Road allegedly wearing two pairs of dress pants he didn't pay for underneath his sweatpants around 2 p.m. March 30.

A male, 29, allegedly stole merchandise from Kohl's between 6 and 6:30 p.m. March 30.

A shoplifter attempted to steal merchandise at Kohl's between 3:40 and 3:46 p.m. April 1.

A burglar attempted to enter someone's home at 1:06 a.m. March 26 in the 600 block of Malat Drive.

A wooden pole with address numbers was stolen on the night of March 25 in the 4900 block of Via El Cerro.

A burglary occurred at Gold Coast Association Management at 3780 Cabrillo Avenue between March 29 and 31.

A petty theft occurred March 26 in the 4600 block of Calle Norte.

Vehicle break-ins occurred on the following dates and places: on March 27 or 28 in the 200 block of Deerwalk Place (passenger side window smashed); on Feb. 18 or 19 in the first block of Via Mirabella (unlocked, crime was only recently reported); on March 28 or 29 in the 1600 block of Fox Springs Circle (unlocked); on March 29 or 30 in the 200 block of S. Dickenson Avenue (unlocked, left rear window smashed); on March 29 or 30 in the 200 block of Walter Avenue (window broken); on March 30 in the 300 block of S. Walter Avenue (window broken, purse stolen); on March 30 in the 300 block of S. Walter Avenue (window broken, cash stolen); on March 30 in the 3400 block of Farrell Circle (unlocked); between March 29 and April 1 in the 1700 block of W. Hillcrest Drive; on April 1 or 2 in the 2300 block of Teller Road; on April 1 or 2 in the 1700 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (window broken, about $760 in property was stolen).

For intentionally causing damage to someone's vehicle at the USA Gas Station at W. Hillcrest Drive and Rancho Conejo Road, a male, 30, was arrested and charged at 9:23 a.m. March 31 at Borchard Road and Michael Drive.

A vandal scratched a vehicle's rear bumper between 9:35 and 9:44 a.m. March 31 at Hillcrest Drive and Rancho Conejo Road.

A thief removed parts from a vehicle on March 27 in the 2400 block of Teller Road.

A burglar broke into a locked garage and damaged a car radio in an unlocked vehicle between March 3 and 28 in the 500 block of Avenida Del Platino.

A vandal slashed three vehicle's tires on the night of March 30 in the 1800 block of Via Petirrojo.

Rear tires were slashed on a vehicle in the 1700 block of Via Petirrojo on March 30 or 31.

Thousand Oaks

A male, 42, allegedly participated in oral copulation with a child under the age of 14, engaged in three or more acts of substantial sexual conduct with a child under the age of 14 and carried a concealed weapon. The subject was arrested at 10 a.m. April 2 in the 800 block of Vinton Court.

The following subjects were arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at the times, dates and places indicated: a male, 43, at 2:15 a.m. March 28 in the 7-Eleven parking lot at 1773 E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard (subject reportedly almost drove into a parked car); a male, 48, at 10:34 p.m. March 29 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive; a male, 19, at 1 a.m. April 1 at Lindero Canyon Road and Rockfield Street (subject also allegedly possessed marijuana).

On suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: a male, 40, at 11:30 a.m. March 31 (subject also allegedly possessed marijuana for sale); a male, 23, at 2 p.m. March 27 at Rancho Road and Thousand Oaks Boulevard; a male, 47, at 9:15 a.m. March 27 at Avenida de Las Flores and Prentiss Drive (subject reportedly possessed a glass smoking pipe with white residue throughout the inner tube); a male, 40, at 9:20 a.m. March 27 at Avenida de Las Flores and Prentiss Street (subject was allegedly under the influence of methamphetamine and THC, and possessed a smoking pipe); a male, 39, at 4:12 p.m. March 28 in the 900 block of Camino La Maida; a male, 42, at 8:25 p.m. March 26 in the 2700 block of Agoura Road (subject reportedly admitted to using nitrous oxide, and he allegedly possessed marijuana and an airsoft gun with changed/altered color).

A male, 27, was arrested and charged with domestic violenceat 10:32 p.m. March 28 in 1600 block E. Hillcrest Drive.

A male, 31, was arrested and charged with domestic violenceat 12:50 a.m. April 3 in the 600 block of Hampshire Road.

A female, 32, was arrested on a charge ofdomestic violenceat 12:51 a.m. April 3 in the 600 block of Hampshire Road.

A male, 39, was arrested and charged with threatening someone with bodily harm and domestic violence 1:30 p.m. April 2 in the 200 block of Wilbur Road.

Property was stolen from a locked locker at 24 Hour Fitness Center at 2595 E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard between 2:45 and 4:15 p.m. March 28.

A burglar removed the motor from a cement mixer belonging to E. Rosen Construction in the 100 block of Rancho Road between March 28 and April 1.

A computer was stolen from an unsecured office at California Lutheran University at 120 Memorial Parkway between 4 and 6 p.m. April 1.

A trespasser entered a gated Armstrong Garden Nursery at 147 W. Thousand Oaks Boulevard after business hours on March 29 or 30.

Vandals broke into a trailer and stole gardening equipment around 12:30 p.m. March 27 in the 1600 block of Upper Ranch Road.

A male, 18, stole merchandise from Urban Outfitters at 310 W. Hillcrest Drive by using wire cutters to disable an anti-theft device at 5 p.m. March 28. The subject was apprehended outside the store with the merchandise.

Two commercial businesses were burglarized between March 29 and 31 in the 1800 block of Bridgegate Street.

Property was stolen between March 28 and 30 in the 1000 block of Business Center Circle.

Shoplifters stole merchandise from a Lucky Brand store at 426 W. Hillcrest Drive between 6:10 and 6:35 p.m. March 28.

Gang-related graffiti was painted at the rear of a LensCrafters store at 518 N. Moorpark Road on March 25 or 26.

Gang-related graffiti defaced property on March 31 or April 1 in the 300 block of E. Hillcrest Drive.

A vandal shot a BB gun or pellet gun at a vehicle, causing minor paint damage, on March 5 in the 1500 block of Norman Avenue.

Property was stolen between Feb. 19 and March 31 in the 1800 block of Wellesley Drive.

Mail was stolen from someone's mailbox between March 21 and 28 in the first block of Cantera Street.

A burglar attempted to break into a home between March 27 and 30 in the 1700 block of El Monte Drive.

Between Oct. 1, 2007, and March 30, a burglar stole various items from a home in the 2700 block of Elder Oak Street.

Vehicle break-ins occurred on the following dates and places: on March 26 or 27 in the 2900 block of Camino Calandria (unlocked); between 12:40 and 1:30 p.m. March 27 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive; between 11:30 a.m. and noon March 28 in the Janss Marketplace northeast parking lot (backpack stolen from unlocked vehicle); on March 28 or 29 in the 800 block of Calle Haya (window broken with wallpaper scraper tool, purse stolen); on March 28 or 29 in the 800 block of Calle Haya (window broken); between March 28 and 30 in the 800 block of Calle Haya (rear passenger window broken with pruning shears); between March 28 and 30 in the 3200 block of Luther Avenue (window broken); on March 29 or 30 in the 800 block of St. Charles Drive; on March 29 or 30 in the 600 block of McCloud Avenue (rear quarter window broken); on March 30 or 31 in the 400 block of E. Wilbur Road (window broken); on March30 or 31 in the 2200 block of Sonoma Court; on March 30 or 31 in the 1500 block of Valley High Street (rear window broken); between March 26 and 31 in the 3200 block of Luther Street (window broken); between 11:50 a.m. and 12:10 p.m. April 1 in the 300 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A vandal broke the rearview mirror and scratched the driver's door of a vehicle on March 29 or 30 in the first block of Van Dyke Street.
