RUNNING FOR BUCKS- Justin Casas, a fourth-grader at Weathersfield Elementary School, gets musical accompaniment from the school band as he participates in the 20th annual jogathon. The school was shooting for $13,000 during last week's event, and the money will be spent on computers and music and art programs.
