Wiesenthal topic of film on Monday
Wiesenthal, who was an architect before World War II, changed his life after the war and dedicated himself to trying to track down Nazi war criminals. During the war he was held prisoner in several Nazi camps. Eighty-nine of his relatives died in the Holocaust. Wiesenthal spent more than 50 years hunting Nazi war criminals and speaking out against neo-Nazism and racism. Through his work, he said, some 1,100 Nazi war criminals were brought to justice.
