Donations fund library project at CLU
      The Hugh and Hazel Darling Foundation of Los Angeles has given $250,000 to California Lutheran University for renovations to Pearson Library. The foundation was established in 1988 to advance education in California.

Women receive scholarships from Zonta Club of Conejo
      The Zonta Club of the Conejo Valley area awarded five $1,000 Women Helping Women Scholarships at the club's meeting on Feb. 19. The recipients were honored with dinner, a check and a yellow longstemmed rose. The scholarships are given to women who are 25 years of age or older and residents of Ventura County, Malibu, Westlake Village or Agoura Hills.
