Toastmasters to compete on Monday

The Conejo Valley Toastmasters will conduct the annual spring competition of the Tall Tales and International Speech contests from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Mon., March 3 at the Baxter building auditorium, 1 Baxter Way in Thousand Oaks.
