'Meet Me at the Fair' is this year's theme The board of directors of the Ventura County Fairgrounds announced recently that the theme of the 133rd Ventura County Fair will be "Meet Me at the Fair." The fair brings together friends and family who come to see the educational, the entertaining, the latest in technology, arts and agriculture.
