SPARQ testing offered locally

NIKE SPARQ, in conjunction with Baseball America and Atomix Sports, is conducting an area tour through Feb. 20 where they'll test high school baseball and softball teams.

An acronym for speed, power, agility, reaction and quickness, SPARQ testing measures a player's athletic performance in four tests.
