Civic Arts Plaza will train new volunteer ushers Friends of the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza will present training for new volunteer theater ushers from 6 to 9:30 p.m. Wed., Feb. 13 and from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sat., Feb. 16 at the arts plaza.
