WHO TAKES A LIMO TO THE DMV FOR A DRIVER'S TEST?- Answer: possibly someone who wants a license for driving limousines. Passersby did double takes recently as the limo sat in the "driver's test only" lane at the Department of Motor Vehicles on Avenida de Los Arboles in Thousand Oaks.
