Newbury Park

On a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, the following subjects were arrested: A male, 72, at 10:26 a.m. Dec. 13 at Ventu Park and Newbury roads; and a male, 34, at 8:25 a.m. Dec. 18 at the intersection of Bella and Wendy drives (suspected of being under the influence of drugs).

The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances: a female, 21, at 1 p.m. Dec. 18 in the 1700 block of Newbury Road; a male, 32, at 11:21 a.m. at the intersection of Danvers Circle and Holloway Street.

Items valued at $2,300 were stolen from a truck between 7:30 and 8:40 p.m. Dec. 17 in the 1200 block of Newbury Road.

A male, 25, was cited and charged with possession of 5.5 grams of marijuana and an electronic scale at 6:45 p.m. Dec. 13 at the intersection of Kimber and Wendy drives.

Vehicle break-ins were reported on the following dates and places: On Dec. 16 or 17 in the 800 block of Maplewood Avenue (unlocked); on Dec. 16 or 17 in the 800 block of Maplewood Avenue; on Dec. 16 or 17 in the 1000 block of Tapies Court (unlocked); on Dec. 17 or 18 in the 600 block of Paseo Grande; and between 9:30 and 10:15 p.m. Dec. 18 in the 1900 block of Newbury Road (unlocked).

On suspicion of stealing $1,100 from her employer, a female, 19, was arrested at 2:47 p.m. Dec. 19 in the 2700 block of Teller Road.

Tires on six vehicles were damaged with a sharp object in the 2700 block of Teller Road between 7:45 and 7:50 p.m. Dec. 15.

A hole was punctured in a tire between 8 and 8:30 p.m. Dec. 15 in the 2700 block of Teller Road.

Six people had their tires punctured in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive between 5:30 and 8:45 p.m. Dec. 15.

In a gang-related crime, a building and vehicle were spray painted on Dec. 16 or 17 in the 1200 block of Lawrence Drive.

Cash was stolen from a business in the 2700 block of Teller Road between Nov. 26 and Dec. 19.

Someone's checkbook was stolen on Dec. 17 in the 3100 block of Gerald Drive.

Property was stolen between Dec. 14 and 17 in the 2000 block of Corporate Center Drive.

Spools of copper wire were stolen from the back of a truck around 11:15 a.m. Dec. 1 in the 2700 block of Teller Road.

A mailbox was smashed on Dec. 14 or 15 in the 3700 block of Lesser Drive.

Property was stolen from an open garage between 8 and 8:30 p.m. Dec. 12 in the 1200 block of Ramona Drive.

Embezzlement occurred on two occasions in November at a store in the 2700 block of Teller Road. The crime was only recently reported.

Money was stolen from an unattended purse between 6:20 and 7:30 p.m. Dec. 18 in the first block of Amgen Way.

A female, 45, was reportedly too drunk to care for herself and was arrested at 9:11 p.m. Dec. 15 in the 1400 block of Ramona Drive.

Thousand Oaks

On suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, the following subjects were arrested at the times, dates and places indicated: A female, 24, at 5:52 p.m. Dec. 12 at the intersection of Lynn Road and Wendy Drive (suspect reportedly was involved in a hitandrun traffic accident that injured other people and found at her residence passed out behind the wheel with children ages 2 years old and 7 months inside the vehicle); a female, 19, at 11:13 p.m. Dec. 11 at the intersection of Moorpark and Wilbur roads; a male, 62, at 6:31 p.m. Dec. 12 in a parking lot in the first block of W. Thousand Oaks Boulevard (suspect allegedly was involved in a non-injury traffic collision); a male, 20, at 2:54 a.m. Dec. 17 at Olsen Road and Hardy Lane; a male, 51, at 1:59 p.m. Dec. 17 in the 2200 block of Michael Drive (suspect also displayed signs of being under the influence of drugs); a female, 52, at 1:43 p.m. Dec. 18 in the 100 block of W. Hillcrest Drive; and a female, 51, at 12:20 a.m. in the 2800 block of E. Sierra Drive.

The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances: A female, 19, at 8:40 p.m. Dec. 15 in the 2000 block of Los Feliz Drive (possibly methamphetamine); a male, 22, at 6 p.m. Dec. 7 in the 800 block of Warwick Avenue; a male, 37, at 4:34 a.m. Dec. 13 in the 4500 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard; a female, 44, at 3:10 p.m. Dec. 7 at Moorpark Road and Avenida de Las Flores (suspect was only cited); a male, 18, at 6:43 p.m. Dec. 13 at the intersection of Hillcrest Drive and Rancho Road (suspect reportedly was driving under the influence of drugs and possessed a Vicodin pill in his pocket); a female, 32, at 5:15 p.m. Dec. 15 in the 100 block of Skyline Drive; a female, 25, at 9:30 p.m. Dec. 15 in the 2000 block of Los Feliz Drive; and a male, 19, at 11:50 p.m. Dec. 15 in the 1900 block of Hathaway Avenue (suspect allegedly possessed a smoking device).

For possession of nitrous oxide, a male, 23, was cited and released at 4:28 p.m. Dec. 17 in the first block of Conejo Boulevard. Another male, 42, also reportedly possessed paraphernalia used to inhale nitrous oxide and had less than one ounce of marijuana inside his vehicle.

Vehicles break-ins were reported on the following dates and places: On Dec. 11 or 12 in the 200 block of N. Conejo School Road (two vehicles); on Dec. 11 or 12 in the 200 block of N. Conejo School Road (remote control stolen); between Dec. 10 and 13 in the 200 block of Conejo School Road (property valued at more than $1,200 stolen from unlocked vehicle); on Dec. 16 or 17 in the 200 block of N. Conejo School Road (passenger rear window forced open); on Dec. 16 or 17 in the 200 block of N. Conejo School Road; on Dec. 12 or 13 in the 200 block of Los Feliz Drive (window broken and purse stolen); between 8:55 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Dec. 13 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (window broken and property valued at $610 was stolen); between 11 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. Dec. 14 in Janss Marketplace parking structure (attempted to pry open locked car door lock); between Dec. 7 and 10 in the 1200 block of Greenfield Street; on early morning of Dec. 15 in the 600 block of Hampshire Road (unsuccessful attempt, but there were still $400 in damages); on Dec. 15 or 16 in the 2200 block of Aspenpark Court; on Dec. 16 or 17 in the 300 block of N. Hodencamp Road; on Dec. 16 or 17 in the 700 block of Spring Canyon Place (CDs stolen); on Dec. 17 or 18 in the 3100 block of Camino Calandria (window smashed); and on Dec. 17 or 18 in the 200 block of Green Heath Place (window smashed).

A male, 40, allegedly battered his wife, causing an injury to her neck at 2:45 p.m. Dec. 19 in the 600 block of Warwick Avenue.

A male, 24, was arrested for domestic violence at 12:21 a.m. Dec. 17 in the 300 block of Flittner Circle. The suspect allegedly caused injury to his live-in girlfriend, took her cellphone and smashed it when she wanted to call the police.

A male, 50, was arrested and charged with possession of child pornography at 1 p.m. Dec. 19 in the 1200 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

On charges of possessing a switchblade and battering a deputy, a male, 37, was arrested at 11 p.m. Dec. 15 in the 500 block of N. Ventu Park Road.

A male, 26, was arrested and charged with carrying a switchblade at 11:40 p.m. Dec. 15 at Ventu Park Road and Hillcrest Drive.

An alleged gang member spat in the face of a deputy at 11:15 p.m. Dec. 15 in the 500 block of N. Ventu Park Road.

In a gang-related crime, thieves took property from someone by using force between midnight and 12:15 a.m. Dec. 17 in the 600 block of N. Moorpark Road.

A female, 36, was arrested and charged with stealing a credit card and attempting to use it at several locations at 9:30 a.m. Dec. 14 in the 200 block of N. Conejo School Road.

After reportedly making purchases with a stolen credit card at two locations on the first block of Wilbur Road, a male, 20, was arrested in Carpinteria at 4 p.m. Dec. 4.

A male, 20, was arrested and charged with burglary and identity theft at 12:10 p.m. Dec. 18 in the first block of Wilbur Road.

A known suspect possessed drug paraphernalia and threatened someone with a pair of scissors on the late night of Dec. 18 in the 5500 block of Eagle Point Circle.

For child endangerment, a female, 42, was cited at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 17 on Wilbur Road, west of Hodencamp Road.

A vehicle was vandalized when someone keyed all doors, fenders and rear panels between 1 and 7 a.m. Dec. 17 at the intersection of Calle Dalia and Calle Pensamiento.

Property was stolen from a locked bedroom between Dec. 13 and 14 in the 800 block of Sussex Circle.

Items were stolen from a store between 2:15 and 3 p.m. Nov. 30 in the 500 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A business was robbed in the 100 block of W. Hillcrest Drive around 12:50 p.m. Dec. 15.

Cash was stolen from an office cabinet between Dec. 12 and 13 in the 3500 block of N. Moorpark Road.

Property was stolen around 9 a.m. Dec. 14 from a business in the 1300 block of N. Moorpark Road.

Spray paint was used to vandalize property between 10:55 and 11 p.m. Dec. 15 in the 2500 block of White Ridge Place.

Three bottles of Vicodin were stolen from someone's home in the 3100 block of Calle Quebracho between Dec. 6 and 13.

A vehicle was vandalized between 1:10 and 1:17 a.m. Dec. 2 in the 1200 block of Lynnmere Drive.

A female, 49, was arrested and charged with being drunk in public at 4:33 p.m. Dec. 16 in the first block of N. Moorpark Road.

On a charge of public intoxication, a male, 43, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. Dec. 19 in the 300 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles.

Three pairs of sunglasses were stolen from a business around 6 p.m. Dec. 16 in the 400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

On suspicion of soliciting without a permit, a female, 24, was arrested at 4:31 p.m. Dec. 13 in the 3000 block of Adirondack Court.

Property was damaged with a piece of concrete around 2:15 a.m. Dec. 13 in the 400 block of Raindance Street.

Petty theft occurred at 3:43 p.m. Nov. 30 in the 500 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

Shoplifting occurred at a business in the 100 block of W. Hillcrest Drive at 12:53 p.m.

Property was stolen from a business in the 4000 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard on Dec. 16 or 17.

A UPS package was stolen off someone's front porch between noon and 2 p.m. Dec. 13 in the first block of W. Olsen Road.

Somebody entered a home and stole property between 12:30 and 4:45 a.m. Dec. 19 in the 1300 block of N. Potter Avenue.

Property was stolen from a business between 4:30 and 4:34 Dec. 13 in the 4500 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A theft occurred at 9:26 a.m. Dec. 14 in the 1300 block of N. Moorpark Road.

Property was stolen between 9:30 and 10 p.m. Dec. 19 at Janss Marketplace.

During a traffic stop, two males, both 18, reportedly possessed alcohol at 1:43 a.m. Dec. 15 in Moorpark Road, south of Avenida de Las Flores. One suspect allegedly had less than one ounce of marijuana.

A female, 51, was arrested and released for recording a telephone conversation without the other party's permission at 12:45 p.m. Dec. 17 in the 2900 block of N. Moorpark Road.

Westlake/T.O.

The passenger side window of a vehicle was broken and property was stolen Dec. 17 or 18 in the 2600 block of Hartland Circle.

The rear door window of a pickup was smashed and property stolen between Dec. 3 and 4 in the 1200 block of S. Westlake Boulevard.

A camera, watch, purse, sunglasses, earrings and three gift cards were stolen from someone's luggage between Dec. 13 and 14 in the 800 block of S. Westlake Boulevard.

A female, 20, was recently arrested and charged with an identity theft that occurred at 4:29 p.m. Sept. 25 in the 100 block of S. Westlake Boulevard.

For carrying a pair of metal knuckles, a male, 19, was arrested and charged at 11:45 p.m. Dec. 15 in Triunfo Community Park.

While a landscape team was working in the backyard of a home, equipment was stolen around 10:30 a.m. Dec. 17 in the 1300 block of Oakgrove Place.

Personal property was stolen from a garage between Nov. 18 and Nov. 25 in the 2300 block of Heatherbank Court. The crime was only recently reported.

A computer was stolen between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Dec. 14 in the 800 block of S. Westlake Boulevard.
