A male, 35, was reportedly in possession of a smoking device at 12:15 p.m. Dec. 6 in the 2100 block of Lavery Court.

Christmas decorations, a water fountain and a parked vehicle were damaged on Dec. 7 or 8 in the 300 block of Havenside Avenue.

Alcohol was stolen from Albertsons on S. Reino Road between 7:45 and 8:30 p.m. Dec. 8.

Construction materials were stolen from a locked storage trailer between Dec. 7 and 10 in the 700 block of Rancho Dos Vientos.

Vehicle break-ins were reported on the following dates and places: On Dec. 8 or 9 in the 4500 block of Via Del Rancho (unlocked); on Dec. 8 or 9 in the 4700 block of Via Del Rancho (unlocked); on Nov. 19 or 20 in the 4800 block of Via Andrea (unlocked); between 12:30 and 8 a.m. Dec. 9 in the 4600 block of Via Don Luis (unlocked); and between 1 and 7 a.m. Dec. 7 in the 100 block of Northam Avenue (window smashed).

Property was stolen from a home between 1 and 4 p.m. Dec. 10 in the 500 block of N. Wendy Drive.

A male, 21, was reportedly in possession of marijuana at 8:40 a.m. Dec. 8 in the 1500 block of Newbury Road.

On a charge of attempted burglary, a male, 19, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. Nov. 12 in the 2700 block of Teller Road.

An unknown suspect used force or fear to steal property at a business at Target between 2 and 2:18 p.m. Dec. 6.

On a charge of being drunk in public, a male, 24, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. Dec. 7 in the 500 block of N. Ventu Park Road.

Thousand Oaks

On suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, the following were arrested: A male, 51, at 9:03 p.m. Dec. 11 on the southbound 101 Freeway between Ventu Park Road and Moorpark Road; and a female, 18, at 11:35 p.m. Dec. 9 in the 300 block of Mesa Avenue (the suspect was allegedly involved in a single-vehicle accident, colliding with mailboxes, shrubs and a cinder-block wall).

Christmas decorations were stolen from the front yard of a home in the 100 block of Lear Circle the late evening of Dec. 7.

The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance at the times, dates and places indicated: A male, 34, at 3:51 p.m. Dec. 5 in the 100 block of N. Reino Road (suspect was also in possession of an explosive device and burglary tools); a male, 47, at 1:05 p.m. Dec. 6 at Wilbur and Moorpark roads; a male, 41, at 2:12 p.m. Dec. 6 in the 1200 block of La Venta Drive; two males, both 21, at 2:18 p.m. Dec. 6 in the 2700 block of Teller Road (suspects also allegedly took property using force or fear); a male, 32, at 8 p.m. Dec. 8 in the first block of Rolling Oaks Drive; a male, 31, at 6:04 p.m. Dec. 9 in the 200 block of W. Janss Road (the suspect was also allegedly driving under the influence of a prescription drug and caused traffic collision that injured another person); and a male, 46, at 4:10 p.m. Dec. 10 at E. Hillcrest Drive and Boardwalk Avenue (also allegedly in possession of a controlled substance).

For being involved in a hitandrun traffic collision on Nov. 2, a male, 26, turned himself in to the East Valley Sheriff's Station on Olsen Road Nov. 10.

A male, 21, was allegedly involved in a hit-and-run accident at 8:43 a.m. Dec. 6 at the Westlake Boulevard and Rainfield Avenue.

A female, 48, was reportedly caught shoplifting at 8:41 p.m. Dec. 6 in the 500 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

Shoplifting occurred at Macy's department store between 2:50 and 3:07 p.m. Dec. 11.

A tricycle and two Master padlocks were stolen from a carport on Dec. 6 or 7 in the 800 block of St. Charles Place.

Property was stolen from a home between Sept. 1 and Dec. 8 in the 700 block of Lynnmere Drive.

A business was broken into and property stolen between 3 and 3:11 a.m. Dec. 11 in the 100 block of N. Moorpark Road.

Property was stolen from an unsecured locker between 8 and 10:30 a.m. Dec. 8 in the 100 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A necklace was stolen from a dorm room on the campus of Cal Lutheran University between 11 p.m. Nov. 30 and 1 a.m. Dec. 1.

Somebody tried to steal jewelry from the J.C. Penney store around 8 p.m. Dec. 11.

Property was damaged between Dec. 11 and 12 in the 1300 block of Lynnmere Drive.

A theft occurred at a dwelling in the 600 block of Hampshire Road Dec. 5 or 6.

Property was stolen Dec. 5 or 6 in the 600 block of Tuolumne Avenue.

Property was stolen between 2 and 2:17 p.m. Dec. 6 in the 500 block of N. Ventu Park Road.

Charged with entering a business with the intent to commit a theft, a male, 37, was arrested at 1:12 p.m. Nov. 10 in the 2200 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

Property was stolen from a business between Dec. 14 and 15 in the 100 block of W. Hillcrest Street.

Vehicle break-ins were reported on the following dates and places: On Nov. 9 or 10 in the 3000 block of Roundup Circle; on Nov. 9 or 10 in the 3500 block of Hill Canyon Avenue (unlocked); on Nov. 5 or 6 in the 3000 block of Heavenly Ridge Street (rear passenger window smashed); between 1:25 and 1:35 a.m. Dec. 8 in the 2100 block of La Granada Drive; between 7:30 and 8:30 p.m. Dec. 8 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (unlocked, cellphone stolen); between 12:30 and 8 a.m. Dec. 9 in the 4600 block of via Don Luis (unlocked); on Dec. 8 or 9 in the 300 block of E. Wilbur Road; and at 12:58 p.m. Dec. 9 in the 200 block of Green Lea Place (stereo system stolen).

Property was stolen between Oct. 20 and Nov. 17 in the 1300 block of Calle De Oro.

A female, 18, was arrested and charged with being drunk in public at 12:26 a.m. Dec. 7 in the 200 block of David Lane.

On a charge of being drunk in public, a woman, 49, was arrested at 5 p.m. Dec. 8 at Hillcrest Drive and Boardwalk Avenue.

A male, 18, was cited for drinking in public at 5 p.m. Dec. 7 at Sapra Street and Erbes Road.

Two baggies of marijuana were reportedly found in the pockets of a male, 20, at 10:29 p.m. Dec. 11 at Moorpark Road south of Gainsborough Road.

For possessing marijuana, a male, 46, was cited and released at 1:20 p.m. Dec. 6 at Wilbur and Moorpark roads.

A male, 19, allegedly possessed marijuana in his parked vehicle at 5:14 p.m. Dec. 11 at the intersection of Princeton Road and Waverly Heights Drive.

For possessing less than an ounce of marijuana, a female, 19, was cited during a traffic stop at 9:14 p.m. Dec. 10 at Big Sky Drive and Big Sky Circle.

Westlake/T.O.

A pickup was vandalized between 6 and 10 a.m. Dec. 10 in the 100 block of Lakeview Canyon Road.

Someone ate at a restaurant and left without paying the night of Dec. 10 in the 900 block of S. Westlake Boulevard.

Items valued at $4 were recently stolen at Westlake High School.
