Special program to be broadcast on KCLU-FM

High Street Broadcast's Christmas special on radio will be presented at 9 p.m.on Monday night, Christmas Eve, on KCLU-FM, 88.3.

This is the seventh program created by the High Street Broadcast troop, the first to be broadcast. The programs include entirely original material, done in the style and spirit of a 1940s golden age radio show.

Songs and original comedy sketches will be featured.

The shows are presented live, on stage at the High Street Arts Center in Moorpark. The program is directed by Devlin Connors, a star of the show, and Will Shupe. Actors include Farley Cadena, Liz Stockton, Anna Graves, Heather Gagnon, Scott Gilbert and Aaron Strange. Music is concocted by Mark Mendelson, Paul Pate, Sam Khosravi with Lucas Miller on drums. Announcing and live sound effects are handled by Steve Carlson, editor of the Moorpark Acorn.
