Locals make college commitments
      A trio of area athletes recently signed their National Letter of Intent to play college sports. Kelsey Conway of La Reina High will compete on the golf team at College of William and Mary in Virginia. Conway was a three-time MVP in the Frontier and Tri-Valley leagues.
