Newbury Park

An unlocked vehicle was burglarized late on the night of Nov. 15 or early in the morning of Nov. 16 in the 2000 block of Harrier Court (unlocked).

An act of vandalism on Nov. 10 was reported on Nov. 11 in the 800 block of Knollwood Drive.

A business was broken into and burglarized at 4:42 a.m. on Nov. 16 in the 2100 block of Newbury Road.

Property was stolen from a business in the vicinity of Cayo Grande Court and Lesser Drive between 12:20 and 12:25 p.m. on Nov. 16.

On Sept. 28, in the 3300 block of Spanish Gate Drive, property was stolen from the front porch of a home. The theft was only recently reported.

Between 1 and 2 p.m. on Nov. 16 in the 100 block of N. Jerome Ave., someone caused property damage of over $400.

At 3:43 a.m. on Nov. 21 in the 2100 block of Newbury Road, someone threw a rock through a glass door, entered a business and stole property.

In an incident on Oct. 9 that was

only recently reported, someone took native rock from Conservation Area El Cerro at Rancho Dos Vientos to use as landscaping at a residence in an "under development" area without authorization.

Thousand Oaks

On suspicion of driving under the influence, the following subjects were arrested at the times, dates and places indicated: A female, 50, at 4 p.m. Nov. 14 at the intersection of Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Long Court; a male, 69, at 2 p.m. Nov. 15 (suspect was intoxicated riding a bicycle and involved in a traffic collision, suffering minor injuries); a male, 35, at 11:56 p.m. Nov. 17 at the intersection of Calle Laredo and Calle Yucca; a female, 38, at 2:20 p.m. on Nov. 14 at the intersection of Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Erbes Road (search of vehicle uncovered methamphetamine, valium and a glass smoking pipe); male, 32, at 2:18 a.m. Nov. 10 in the 400 block of N. Moorpark Road (suspect was involved in traffic collision); female, 43, 5:27 p.m. Nov. 20 at intersection of Hillcrest Drive and Ventu Park Road (prescription medication).

A male, 23, was arrested at 3 p.m. Nov. 15 at Conejo Community Park for luring a child with the intent to commit a lewd act.

At 10:45 a.m. on Nov. 15 in 2100 block of Los Feliz Drive, a female, 26, was arrested for outstanding felony warrants. During the investigation, the suspect was allegedly under the influence of methamphetamine.

On the afternoon of Nov. 15, a male, 21, was arrested for grand theft in the first block of W. Olsen Road.

A male, 43, was arrested for drinking in public and trying to open the door of a locked vehicle at 12:28 p.m. on Nov. 15 at the intersection of Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Crescent Way.

Burglaries of vehicles were reported on the following dates and places: Nov. 3 or 4 in the 200 block of Garden Drive (unlocked); on the morning of Nov. 15 in the 100 block of W. Avenida de Los Arboles (window smashed); daytime of Nov. 15 in the 2000 block of Corporate Center Drive (window smashed); between 6:45 and 7:46 p.m. on Nov. 15 in the 2500 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard (window broken); on Nov. 19 or 20 in the 3100 block of W. Sierra Drive (unlocked); on Nov. 19 or 20 in the 200 block of Via Colinas (suspect[s] entered same locked vehicle on Nov. 10 or 11); early morning of Nov. 20 in the 2100 block of Montrose Drive (someone attempted to enter by punching a hole under locking mechanism); between 7:15 and 9 p.m. in the 2500 block of E. Hillcrest Drive; on Nov. 10 or 11, in the 2400 block of White Chapel Place (unlocked); between 5 and 7:20 p.m. on Nov. 15 in the 2700 block of Agoura Road (unlocked).

Arson caused damage at Oakbrook Regional Park during the day on Nov. 20.

Three males between the ages of 19 and 20 were cited and released for possession of marijuana at North Ranch Park at 11:15 p.m. on Nov. 19. A fourth male, 19, was also in possession of marijuana.

A male, 20, was stopped for swerving slightly and driving slowly at 8:57 p.m. on Nov. 19 at Hendrix Avenue south of Janss Road. Suspect admitted to having a marijuana pipe in vehicle.

Vandalism at the intersection of La Venta Drive and Agoura Road on Oct. 9 was recently reported.

A business in the 600 block of N. Moorpark Road was vandalized on Nov. 14 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

A package delivered to the 3000 block of Sunflower Street was stolen on the afternoon of Nov. 12.

A woman's purse was stolen after she left it on a bench the afternoon of Nov. 14 in the 200 block of W. Janss Road.

A vehicle was vandalized between 8 and 8:50 p.m. on Nov. 15 in the 1500 block of Norman Avenue.

A male, 24, entered a business with intent to steal a jacket at 11:38 a.m. on Nov. 17 in the 1900 block of Newbury Road.

A male, 53, was arrested as a suspect in a felony for vandalism over $400 at Westlake Promenade at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 17.

In the first block of E. Hillcrest Drive, a male, 41, was arrested for leaving a business without paying for store property at 12:49 p.m. on Nov. 18.

Someone allegedly intended to take gift packs of alcohol at 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 5 from a business in the 1700 block of Avenida de Los Arboles.

Known suspects entered multiple rooms in a Conejo Valley Unified School District elementary school with the intent to commit grand theft on the night of Nov. 16 in the 200 block of N. Conejo School Road.

Stereos, tires and miscellaneous items were stolen from four unlocked vehicles in a fenced car repair yard on the 3000 block of Los Feliz Drive on Nov. 16 or 17.

A male, 45, was battered between 4 and 5 p.m. on Nov. 16 in the 2400 block of Pleasant Way.

Between 8:40 and 8:55 p.m. on Nov. 17 in the 100 block of N. Moorpark Road, an unknown suspect stole a victim's shoes.

At 8:54 p.m. on Nov. 18 in the3600 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard, a suspect was arrested for allegedly spitting in the face of a Ventura County Fire Department captain and for being drunk in public.

On the night of Nov. 18 in the 1300 block of Calle Avallano, an unknown suspect allegedly entered a residence with the intent to steal property.

Between 3:30 and 4 p.m. on Nov. 18 in the 2600 block of Stafford Road, a known suspect allegedly took a victim's purse from her residence.

On Nov. 19, someone allegedly stole items from a residence on 600 block of Kendale Lane.

A woman had her purse snatched at 6:55 p.m. on Nov. 12 in the 3900 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A mailbox was vandalized in the 1000 block of Calle Pecos around 11:30 p.m. on Nov. 18.

Personal property valued at more than $400 was taken from a woman, 42, between 10:30 and 11 p.m. on Nov. 16 in the 1700 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles.
