Advent celebration features carols, dinner

The United Methodist Church of Westlake Village will present the annual Advent Celebration at 4:30 p.m. Sun., Dec. 2 in the sanctuary at 1049 Westlake Blvd., Westlake Village.

The "Celebrate the King" program will include the singing of Christmas carols, music presented by eight choirs of the church, and the musical "A King is Coming to Town" performed by the Footprints youth choir.

Following the program, guests are invited to watch the lighting of the outdoor creche scene then have dinner in Alton Hall. A freewill offering for the meal will be taken. All community members are invited to attend.
