Childhelp luncheon to benefit abused children

Childhelp will host a "Festival of Trees" luncheon on Sun., Dec. 2 at Sherwood Country Club, 320 W. Stafford Road, Thousand Oaks.

The organization supports treatment and prevention of child abuse and neglect.

The event starts with a social at 10:30 a.m., followed by the luncheon at 12:30 p.m. Highlights include Santa's Kitchen, an opportunity drawing and entertainment.
